Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, stability, and future treatment plans, including timely discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their personal goals and challenges.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be centered on patients seeking outpatient mental health care. This includes diverse demographic groups, where sensitivity to each individual’s unique background, experiences, and challenges is essential. You will provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with technology, including experience using systems such as Excel, RMS platforms, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, aligned with your experience and qualifications. We work on a fee-for-service model ensuring timely compensation, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
