Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each client.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, adapting therapeutic interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Maintain diligent and organized records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to empower clients in managing mental health issues.

• Communicate regularly with other involved professionals, including physicians, educators, and guardians, to provide updates on client progress and collaborate on potential interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and self-care practices, ensuring they feel informed and empowered in their journey.

• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines, protecting client privacy at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns prevalent in a school environment, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and academic challenges. By fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, you will enable young clients to express their feelings openly, promoting resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid LICSW license or equivalent certification in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting, preferably with school-aged children and adolescents.

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems.

• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
