Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary role will involve delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services to patients facing various mental health challenges. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and developing tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting methods to meet the unique preferences and needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow practitioners to coordinate patient care effectively, including attending virtual meetings to discuss treatment progress and strategies.

• Conducting case consultations and participating in peer reviews to continually refine skills and enhance the quality of therapeutic services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
