Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary clinician, providing direct services to clients in both office and community settings, focused on those suffering from severe mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to client needs, ensuring access to relevant services and coordinating care amongst family and health providers.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate assessments to appropriately identify client needs, initiating treatment and recovery plans that align with client goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing your expertise to stabilize clients and provide immediate support during challenging situations.

• Carry a manageable caseload that includes individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions, focused on delivering targeted and effective treatments.

• Maintain efficient documentation, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions associated with treatment progress and outcomes.

• Stay actively involved in agency committees, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and the refinement of service delivery within the organization.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of contemporary mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
