Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing live support to the Practitioner team in identifying and de-escalating risk factors for clients, effectively intervening in crisis situations.

• Leading initiatives to escalate cases to emergency services when necessary, ensuring the safety of our clients and compliance with mandatory reporting guidelines.

• Working closely with Clinical Leads to identify any new safeguarding risks and contributing to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

• Staying current with safeguarding policies and best practices to enhance the quality of service delivery, including the assessment and documentation of client progress.

• Engaging in continuous outcome-focused practice by collecting feedback, evaluating the efficacy of services, and recommending necessary changes to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, particularly those dealing with substance use/abuse issues. Your role is vital in providing case management, advocacy, and therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and resilience in both individuals and families. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with a strong emphasis on direct therapeutic practices.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is REQUIRED.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting psychosocial assessments, case management evaluations, and suicide risk assessments.
