Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling services to individuals and families, employing evidence-based practices that promote recovery from substance use disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, evaluating both individual and family dynamics to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Practitioner team to identify and manage risks, ensuring timely de-escalation and appropriate intervention strategies are in place.

• Lead the escalation process to emergency services where necessary, demonstrating a strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations and safeguarding practices.

• Regularly update Clinical Leads on any new safeguarding risks while contributing to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

• Maintain adherence to all current safeguarding policies, actively embedding these within daily operations and reporting any challenges encountered.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes diligently, gathering feedback to identify barriers to treatment success and facilitating change recommendations based on this data.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
