Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform complete bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify mental, emotional, and behavioral issues impacting students and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific assessments and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing personal and environmental problems that hinder patients from achieving their optimal psychosocial functioning.

• Coordinate with educational and healthcare staff to create holistic care programs aimed at enhancing treatment compliance and improving patient experiences.

• Maintain thorough documentation in patients' medical records, adhering to departmental standards for accuracy and compliance.

• Provide education and support to patients and families to help them understand and follow therapeutic and clinical recommendations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting students facing a variety of psychosocial challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
