Work Environment\n

This role provides a unique opportunity to work remotely while remaining connected to a supportive team of mental health professionals. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs. As part of our outpatient office, you will engage in collaborative problem-solving and participate in regular meetings with peers and supervisors to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and identify treatment objectives tailored to each individual.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, delivering impactful interventions aimed at fostering emotional well-being and resilience.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups addressing various mental health concerns, thereby providing patients with community support and shared experiences.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment efforts and ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during psychiatric emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in regular team consultations and partake in continuing education sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay apprised of industry developments.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
