Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that supports work-life balance while ensuring you can deliver high-quality mental health services. You will utilize a secure set of digital tools to conduct video sessions, create and manage treatment plans, and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a structured yet adaptable schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and mental health support to patients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, helping to inform effective treatment planning.

• Develop tailor-made treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices while also keeping cultural sensitivity in mind.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and primary care doctors to deliver coordinated patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and be prepared to adjust treatment plans as needed based on further assessments and patient feedback.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, the available treatment options, and local resources that can aid in their recovery.

You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals in the Salem community, spanning various ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
