Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake evaluations and psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and formulate targeted treatment goals.

• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to the Clinical Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program (CDRP/S) treatment team, ensuring collaborative feedback for enhancement and approval.

• Participate in clinical case conferences, contributing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
\n
• Lead educational sessions focused on chemical dependency to enhance client understanding and promote engagement in their recovery process.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling services, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques to address addiction and its underlying issues.
\n
• Administer therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family units as required, employing specialized methodologies designed for each group's unique dynamics.

• Coordinate case management services, including resource identification and referral coordination to ensure clients receive the comprehensive support they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients undergoing detox treatment, a critical phase in their recovery journey. You will work with individuals grappling with substance abuse issues, addressing emotional, psychological, and social challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may require tailored approaches to effectively engage them in their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of relevant, supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy, preferably acquired within the last five years.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a detox center or similar treatment facility is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based therapies and group therapy facilitation will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Any specialized training or certifications in addiction counseling or related fields will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
