This position is primarily remote, allowing you flexibility while serving clients in the Detox Center setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, identifying the psychological, social, and emotional factors affecting clients’ recovery and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, that foster positive behavioral changes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each patient’s treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, recognizing warning signs of relapse and developing strategies to address these challenges effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research and integrating new techniques into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on clients in the Detox Center, who are navigating the complexities of withdrawal from substances and beginning their recovery journey. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing co-occurring mental health disorders, providing them with empathetic support and strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• A commitment to providing culturally competent care, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
