Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through virtual platforms and community outreach.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are created and implemented, maintaining open communication among clients, their families, and various providers.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, using evidence-based practices to identify client needs and formulate appropriate interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to address specific issues faced by clients.

• Carry an assigned caseload of clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and monitoring of treatment progress.

• Prepare for and participate in on-call coverage as required, providing support beyond regular program hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
