Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals.

• Provide ongoing remote counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Coordinate with medical professionals, counselors, and support staff in the detox center to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Advocate for client rights, ensuring they receive essential resources and services which may include access to rehabilitation programs, mental health services, and community support.

• Document all client interactions and outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case progress, potential challenges, and strategies for effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients in a detox setting, many of whom may be transitioning from substance use to recovery. You will work with diverse individuals facing significant challenges related to addiction, mental health disorders, and the psychosocial stressors that accompany recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
