Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing established criteria, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to form individualized and culturally sensitive care plans.

• Implement evidence-based practices designed to address the complexities of mental health issues related to cancer. Your interventions will evolve based on continuous evaluations of patient progress and needs.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans that incorporate patients' goals and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental healthcare.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records through the latest electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
