This position offers the unique advantage of a remote work setting while allowing you to maintain a strong connection with clients through virtual sessions. You will engage in a structured work schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with no required evenings or weekends, supporting a conducive work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing open lines of communication and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess their well-being, set goals, and prepare for potential discharge when clinically appropriate.

• Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and clinical assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health histories and needs.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage in continual professional development, remaining current with the latest therapeutic modalities and approaches.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Vibra, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journey, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to achieve mental wellness and lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
