Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is approximately USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
