Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic strategies, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, contributing to the quality and continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, ensuring you remain informed on current mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health service delivery.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
