Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to accurately diagnose mental health conditions using tools including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that consider cultural diversity and unique patient needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress through consistent evaluations, adjusting interventions as necessary to meet treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to establish clear treatment objectives and ensure alignment with desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and establish productive relationships between patients and other healthcare providers or referral agencies.

• Contribute to the cultivation of future professionals by providing education and mentorship to students, interns, and other team members.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
