Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about clients’ mental health concerns, including their strengths, resources, and needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate realistic goals and targeted interventions, ensuring alignment with clients’ aspirations and needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting techniques as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, providing safety planning and appropriate resources in times of urgency to support client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, while also reflecting the progress of clients throughout their treatment journey.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering peer interaction and shared healing experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
