Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on thorough diagnoses.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other applicable frameworks tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Enhance the therapeutic experience by collaboratively establishing treatment goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to provide remote therapy options, accommodating clients who may face geographical, physical, or emotional barriers to traditional in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to fulfill ethical obligations and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
