Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals exhibiting symptoms related to major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, ensuring cohesive care through interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Conduct brief screenings and, when necessary, arrange for comprehensive assessments to adequately address client needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on skill-building and self-empowerment techniques.
\n
• Maintaining a manageable caseload, tracking client progress, ensuring that treatment objectives are aligned with the client’s needs.

• Participate in on-call duties as assigned, providing crisis intervention and support during emergencies.

• Contribute to agency-wide initiatives focused on improving service delivery and quality of care.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports and documentation in a timely manner, as per organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly those from under-served populations facing barriers to accessing care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively convey complex information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
