Work Environment\n

This role is a remote position that supports our Detox Center, allowing for flexible scheduling that can adapt to client needs, including some evenings and weekends. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team in an innovative virtual setting, utilizing modern technology to provide seamless mental health interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, identifying strengths and resources essential for effective treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring ongoing assessment and adjustments as required.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote mental health awareness and skills improvement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated care that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress, working to maintain a supportive and safe virtual environment.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
