Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns and substance use issues, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for substance abuse recovery.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with state and federal regulations, ensuring that every client’s progress is tracked.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, with varying degrees of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will focus on empowering these individuals through strength-based approaches that encourage personal growth and recovery. Your expertise in understanding the psychological and social barriers to recovery will be vital in guiding them toward reintegration into society with confidence.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience with a focus on substance abuse therapy and mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and solution-focused interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
