Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating safe spaces for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Perform crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and organized documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
