Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Blue Ribbon Social Work, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals and families coping with mental health and substance abuse issues.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate substance abuse recovery.

• Keeping accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations and our internal protocols.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create an integrated care plan for each patient.

• Educating patients and their families on coping strategies, mental health resources, and support systems available to them.

• Staying updated on the latest research and integrating new knowledge into your practice to continuously improve patient outcomes.

• Managing a diverse caseload, tracking treatment progress, and adapting interventions as necessary to meet the evolving needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n
