As part of our outpatient office, this role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate therapists' lifestyles while ensuring that clients receive consistent care. The environment is therapeutic and focused on collaboration, where licensed therapists work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers. Evening and weekend hours are available to meet client needs, fostering a dynamic and responsive therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history as well as their mental health conditions.

• Create individualized treatment plans which integrate strategies for both addiction recovery and the management of underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide holistic and coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s treatment are aligned.

• Engage clients' families to involve them in the recovery process, providing education and support essential for a successful outcome.

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, primarily individuals suffering from substance abuse disorders, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health disorders. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds and stages of recovery, providing tailored support that addresses each individual's unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
