Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that employ therapeutic techniques suitable for each client's specific circumstances.

• Facilitate regular sessions with clients via telehealth, providing ongoing support and resources to help them overcome challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, various forms of anxiety and depression, and eating disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each client is essential to providing effective therapy that empowers them. You will utilize culturally responsive approaches to ensure all clients feel respected and understood, regardless of their background.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methods.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations respectfully and effectively.

• Strong inter-personal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
