Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adapt individualized care plans based on each client’s unique needs and progress.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, support groups, and specialized treatment programs to enhance patients' well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including the Mental Health Practice Act, to uphold professional standards.

• Prioritize daily responsibilities by evaluating new and ongoing patient needs, effectively managing caseloads, and facilitating timely interventions.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.

• Actively advocate for patients, addressing barriers to care, and ensuring they understand their treatment processes.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing support during challenging situations to ensure patient safety and stability.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. You will enjoy the ability to manage client cases and notes effortlessly through an integrated app, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
