Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Elevance Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adapting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress and providing necessary referrals to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Offering supportive, crisis, and bereavement interventions tailored to individual client needs.
