Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including preliminary interviews, to assess client needs effectively.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients.
\n
• Continually monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Provide follow-up care and coordination for clients transitioning to or from hospital care, maintaining open lines of communication with involved medical staff.

• Assist family members and primary caregivers by offering guidance on managing their loved ones' mental health challenges effectively.

• Identify and intervene in behaviors that could hinder recovery, ensuring clients are supported throughout their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction disorders. As a counselor, you will be responsible for engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each experiencing their unique mental health challenges. This role demands a strong cultural competency to deliver effective and sensitive interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A successful score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
