Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients utilizing our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all interactions.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their mental health challenges, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessment and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and availability for future treatment considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our platform serves people who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy due to physical distance, mobility issues, or preference for virtual care. Your work will directly impact their quality of life and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential. Acceptable licenses include LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
