Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and your clinical expertise to determine the best course of action.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress notes, complying with all legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele representing various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, preference will be given to candidates with a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic alliances with clients via digital platforms.

• Proficient in empathy and cultural competence, demonstrating understanding and compassion for the diverse experiences of clients.
