Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults who present low-acuity mental health issues. This population may include individuals coping with anxiety, mild depressive symptoms, stress management issues, and transitional life challenges. The focus will be on delivering therapeutic support that encourages personal growth and improved coping mechanisms in a safe and confidential environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold a current state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Psychologist (PsyD).

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals seeking mental health support through telehealth.

• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-management skills and personal accountability.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, characterized by a genuine concern for needs and the well-being of clients.

• Strong digital skills, including proficiency in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems; stable Wi-Fi connection is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
