Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients, ensuring alignment in therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active mental health professional license or certification in California, with qualifications such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
