Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, as well as in-person meetings in the clinic, to address clients' diverse mental health needs.

• Advocate for your clients by evaluating their mental well-being and collaborating with them to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults presenting low acuity mental health concerns. All clients undergo a pre-screening process to ensure they are well-matched to your skills and specialties, offering a gratifying experience without the complexities of severe mental health cases. This supportive client population allows for meaningful interactions, where you can significantly impact their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirement: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to engage in effective clinical practice and develop treatment plans that lead to positive outcomes for clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills, showing compassion and empathy in all client interactions.

• Ability to utilize technology efficiently, including experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.

• Weekly direct deposit ensures that you are compensated promptly for your valuable contributions.

• Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health and well-being.

• Enjoy a streamlined onboarding process, with the ability to begin working with clients within 1 to 3 days of joining.
