Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, following organizational standards and applicable laws.

• Regularly evaluate client progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working directly with clients.
