Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique history, challenges, and goals.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and work towards their personal objectives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds and experiences. Your role will involve addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, from everyday stressors to severe emotional challenges, ensuring a client-centered approach that respects individual needs and cultural factors.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals facing emotional or psychological difficulties.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport swiftly and sustain positive therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote work setting, utilizing teletherapy methods effectively.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; prior exposure to the documentation and billing processes is preferred.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care or experience with specific populations (e.g., LGBTQIA+, veterans, etc.) is a plus.

• A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
