Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand patients’ mental health needs, utilizing appropriate evaluative tools and techniques.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, offering short-term counseling and crisis intervention services tailored to diverse patient concerns.

• Facilitate therapy groups focusing on topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and emotional regulation to empower patients on their journey to wellness.

• Actively collaborate with medical professionals, patient support services, and community organizations to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Participate in outreach initiatives and preventive mental health programs, enhancing community awareness through workshops and mental health campaigns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on working with a broad spectrum of patients, including but not limited to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our patient population is diverse, and as a counselor, you will assist each individual in navigating their unique challenges while fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist.

• A minimum educational requirement of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
