Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized care to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for clients who are seeking emotional support, offering a safe and confidential environment to help them explore their feelings and challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to engage clients in their healing process.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Regularly assessing and monitoring clients' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure impactful outcomes.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and referring clients to additional services when necessary to enhance their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from different backgrounds will be key in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proficiency in using virtual therapy tools, including video conferencing platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience is required, ideally in a community mental health setting. Experience working with a varied client base and familiarity with telehealth practices are highly desirable, as they will enhance your effectiveness in delivering remote care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
