Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to individuals facing substance abuse issues, those struggling with depression and anxiety, and clients with eating disorders. The ideal candidate should possess the skills necessary to work effectively with various demographics, adjusting therapeutic techniques to meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals and groups.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building effective therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
