Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families using a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Hopeful Balance Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Our clients may come from underserved backgrounds and often experience barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Your role will be integral in providing support, guidance, and therapeutic intervention tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
