Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to address emotional and behavioral challenges in clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify individual client needs and develop initial treatment or discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on the unique treatment requirements of each patient.

• Design treatment plans in alignment with assessment findings and coordinate additional services as necessary, updating plans according to client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions per both facility and professional standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient care strategies and promote a cohesive support system.

• Exhibit professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients, addressing any concerns or complaints with a solution-focused approach.

• Prioritize patient safety throughout all therapeutic processes.

• Fulfill other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
