Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through virtual meetings.

• Develop tailored therapeutic interventions and treatment plans that resonate with each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering evidence-based strategies for coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, providing referrals to psychiatrists and other specialists as required to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress in EHR systems, adhering to all confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including those dealing with various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and proficient in evidence-based treatment methods.

• Experience in delivering group and individual therapy through culturally responsive methods.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities and a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
