Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs by utilizing standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT, tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and track their progress throughout treatment, adapting approaches as needed based on client feedback.

• Provide teletherapy options by ensuring a secure and confidential virtual environment for clients who prefer online sessions or face accessibility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending webinars, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of evolving practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at OptiMindHealth, you will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
