This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to help clients navigate their mental health challenges from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored therapeutic interventions, and facilitating ongoing treatment to empower clients on their journey toward wellness. You will engage with diverse populations facing varied mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a broad range of patients, including those grappling with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid, active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with a diverse range of mental health conditions.

• Strong knowledge of current evidence-based treatment methodologies and ethical practices in counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
