Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health history, needs, strengths, and resources effectively.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the clients' goals while adapting interventions based on their progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches are employed.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and devising safety plans to support clients in critical situations.

• Engage in documentation and record-keeping that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data management.
