Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources accurately.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using proven, evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and tailored interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering community support and education among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
