Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy that meets the diverse needs of your clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situations and objectives.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring timely and organized records management.

• Facilitate effective group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and learning.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Stance, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing a unique set of challenges and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this role.
