Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff, to deliver coordinated care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Offering crisis intervention capabilities, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-age children and adolescents, many of whom face a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and social adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
