Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of students to evaluate their mental health needs, presenting problems, and psychosocial contexts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to students facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Conduct crisis intervention and support during critical situations, liaising with parents and school staff to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

• Document patient progress meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR), maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records to inform ongoing treatment.

• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters positive mental health and academic success.

• Participate proactively in staff meetings and clinical supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and engage in continuous learning.

• Stay informed about current trends and research in mental health to continually refine therapeutic techniques and improve service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A current and valid license to practice clinical social work (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position provides a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
